Hannah Adair

RSW

Hi, I'm Hannah!

As a mother of two and someone who has always been drawn to supporting children and families, I believe that connection is at the heart of everything we do.

Children communicate in so many different ways, and sometimes their biggest feelings come out through behaviours that can be difficult to understand. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that every child deserves to feel heard, understood, and accepted for who they are.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where children can feel comfortable being themselves, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to navigate their emotions and relationships. I believe in meeting children where they are, building trust at their pace, and working alongside families to support meaningful, lasting change.

There is no judgment and no expectation that you have everything figured out. My goal is to walk alongside you and your child with understanding, support, and genuine care, because when children feel connected, safe, and understood, they have the space to grow.

Being a lifelong Vancouver Island resident, I value the strong connection to community and believe in helping children feel connected to the people, places, and environments around them. I aspire to nurture a sense of belonging, confidence, and connection in every child I work with.
